    I solved my single splashwell drain with a hole saw & a little fiberglass & resin :thup One on either side of the splashwell, at the bottom so all the water drains out :wink:

    They work great I have been using one for 20+ years. Keep the control box as dry as possible & out of the salt spray. I mounted mine in the cabin at helm. Use lots of dielectric grease on the connections under the motor cowling & protect from salt atmosphere with tape or whatever you can dream...

    Fuel filter/ water separator

    I use a oil filter wrench to hold the filter element and a strap wrench to loosen the bowl, then remove the assy. & green "O" rings come with the newer Parker/Racor filters. At least in the S3227's I have bought in the last 8 or so years. (NAPA # is 3757) :thup Have a good one!

    Put clean oil on Both "O" rings while assembling ?? Or Eat your Wheaties? Been using the same Parker/Racor filters for 50 years(currently S3227 is the parker # I use) the bowls are available separately either Alu. or Lexan. Good luck. https://www.parker.com/Literature/Racor ... ilters.pdf...

    The extruded stuff will be 6061(tubing, angle etc.) it all welds the same & will be just perfect!! If your welding sheets it pulls & warps like everything else :thup

    Sea Dog Fuse Panel

    There are 2 little bumps on either side of the square FUSE thing. Use a knife blade or jewelers screw driver to GENTLY pry the RED Fuse cover out. You will probably break the little tabs, I would replace the whole thing :wink: :thup :thup
