    Costa Rica

Was deployed onboard a cutter back in 1992 and we stopped in CR for a few days. Wonderful people and we had a great time. Sounds like you did, too. Rick

    Port Angeles or Sequim

PA would be a bit shorter crossing to Victoria than John Wayne. Both ramps are operated by the Port of Port Angeles. If you get a slip the parking is included but I don't know about a time limit if you just use the ramp. There is also parking on the street in PA. Give the Harbormaster's Office a...

    Tree fell on the Minnow

That seriously sucks! Talk to your county extension office and they should be able to hook you up with a forester. He comes out and has a look and if it's feasable, they pay YOU to log those trees. Just a thought. Rick

Yeahhhh, it's cool...but can they fly backwards or hover? 8) Seriously, nice to see the old school helmet decorating making a come back. Same for the planes, for that matter. Rick

    Closed off my splashwell

Our fish bag is about 64" wide and 28" high. It works great, even when we lived in the south. Kept ice all day even in 90 degree heat.

    Closed off my splashwell

The table has to be tilted forward if I want to tilt the engine all the way. That's why I went with the hinge design from the git-go. I wanted the table as large as possible. You could certainly make yours smaller if you wanted to. Rick

    Four downriggers on a 22' ?

I think it would be real chaos if you had multiple hookups. It's crazy enough when you get a double!

RIP- U.S. Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne III

Folks, a fellow career Coast Guardsman lost his life in the line of duty to protect the citizens of this country. He was a well trained professional. Please show some restraint and respect and not start questioning tactics or policy. This is neither the time nor the place for that. There will be...

    a few coho pictures

Very nice! Looks like you're putting that boat to good use! I like that. Our go-to lure in PA this year was a coho killer in cookies & cream and also purple haze. Both on a 24" leader behind 11" purple haze flasher. I was a great summer. Rick
