Does anyone know if an external antenna is required on the new chart plotter’s/fish finders ? It seems none of the new plotters come with an external antenna. Do the new ones just receive signals through the roof of a C-Dory ? Thanks Dave Raven Dancer

I put the 115 Suzuki on my 2006 22’ C-Dory last year and just love the performance, fuel mileage, and power with better boat handling. The Suzuki replaced my 70 hp. Yamaha Good luck with your research. Big Dave Raven Dancer

You might want to try adding 1/4 cup of unscented bleach to the water tank then fill the tank with fresh water, give the foot pump a few stomp’s to get the treated water moving into the system. Let sit over night then siphon the tank and it should be clean, if not repeat the treatment. Bleach...

C-Wolfe do you recall what brand heat tape you used ? I know that header wrap doesn’t work at all as it transfers the heat, so far the best thing I’ve found is wrapping a Ove- Glove around the exhaust pipe. There has to be a better way !! Dave Raven Dancer
