Good detective work, gents. Well, can't really blame someone for trying to make a buck or two. I would venture that the last time the boat was used was in 2013 when registered. Boat looks very clean, but I would be suspect of the engines, specifically the carbs. Maybe they cleaned and rebuilt...

Congratulations Don! You've done yourself proud. I approve of the configuration. Very similar to when we purchased a 2000 22 cruiser in green livery with twin 40 Hondas back in 2009. You will love it as we did!
