Ve learned a long time ago to use conformal coating (silicon) and spray everything with it. Same thing as used to seal circit boards. At end of the year my battery connectors look like new ans all other connectors too. Martin

As ve write this one brat is waiting for coast guard to go help, out of whittier and another grounded boat needing a tug as next high tide wasn't enough to float boat. This was gleened from local site where locals are having fun with these situations. apparently no life is in danger. Martin
