Joe, I'm fine. Down at our river place with only a 20K dialup to work with so I don't spend much time at the site. Have been reading it though. Getting my brides 22ft sailboat ready to go in the water with the C-Dory....

Yeah, I'm here! Down on Cod Creek at the Potomac. Rigging Sally's sailboat, a Gloucester 22 named appropriately enough, "SALLY'S CHOICE". A pretty dark blue hulled sloop, just put a new Merc 6HP 4 Stroke on it too.

We've put our big Stafford VA house on the market, worked our buns off fixing it up and are ready to unload it. We'll be splitting our time between this place and our place in DownEast Maine once it closes.
