Just aquired a 16 Angler and the kicker motor was put on the same side as the pilot. As you know it makes her lean, even under way. What stabilizers do you reccomend?

Hello, welcome to the forum!
Do you usually go out singlehanded? If you are willing to drill holes in the boat have you considered moving the kicker to the port side?

There are several things one can do but the best options are to move the kicker to the other side or to move other weight to the other side for balance (e.g. a cooler, a wife, a girlfriend, a wife and a girlfriend - whatever).

You can add trim tabs and they will only help level the boat while it's in motion. Depending on how the kicker is installed there may not be room for trim tabs and trim tabs require different adjustment at different speeds to get level side-to-side.

Generally trim tabs (entirely different than stabilizers--and less expensive) are used. Lenco is all electric, screw drive and the least expensive--works fine)

Bennett are the best Hydraulic, but some boats come with boat Leveler, and they work well also.
