Not a Bartender. Sheer is wrong, and that canoe-style stern is off. Looks to be a glass boat, not plywood. Does it have a substantial keel? Must be inboard-powered?
It is a glass, canoe stern inboard. From what I could see, the hull looks semi displacement. My guess is that it uses extremely low horsepower, and probably diesel.
I've seen photos of similar boats that were Scandinavian in origin.
Didn't we see one of these before in a thread like this, and someone finally identified it as a limited production boat built by someone in Oregon a few decades ago?
We see a lot of prototypes in the San Francisco Bay region and around Santa Cruz where aspiring boat builders seem to come to build new designs.
Creates lots of interesting identification problems!
