Welding on my Honda 75 and on the trailer

I am having a crack (close to a peripheral phin added for stability) on my 75 Honda OB welded and a guide on the trailer, which broke after being hit by a car. Any recommendations for paint and where to get it?

I found a can of Honda silver Tempo Marine Motor paint at either the Honda dealer, or my toy store (Fisherman's Marine) here in Portland.

After I looked at the price my local Honda dealer gave me for special Honda paint (it was something like $25 for a spray can and then $25 more for clearcoat), he kindly advised that the local autoparts store would supply it for less. I haven't pursued that yet.
