I have been visiting the c-brats website for several months now and thought I would finally register. This website is such a great resource for someone that currently owns a c-dory, or someone that is considering purchasing a c-dory.

I am also here to say that the new guy (being me) likes to communicate by e-mail. I know it is hard to believe, but yes the factory will now return e-mails. I am trying to get the rest of the crew (parts, manufacturing etc.) to utilize e-mail, but for now just e-mail your questions or concerns to me and I will follow up on them.

Hey, you're the guy I saw at the Seattle Boat Show who I thought looked like the mayor of Warrenton at first glance! Good to see you with us.

Thank you for your comments about our little pub on the web here. Beyond being a valuable resource to so many people, it is also a great deal of fun and has led to some very dear friendships for a lot of us.

I can easily see how someone in your position would be hesitant to jump into the middle of so many owners of your company's product. I am betting, however, that you will find yourself getting as much if not more from this group as you may be asked to contribute. We have lots of questions, but most always they are properly answered with many different ideas depending upon the way the guy doing the answering uses his boat. The pointed, manufacturing related queries are few, and the answers to those are usually pretty straightforward.

So, don't be worried about us picking on you. We are a great bunch, and we all play a part in keeping this a great place to visit and help each other. Furthermore, just like the boat we are so proud to own, the C-Brat site is perfect for families - kids, pets and all!

Make yourself at home, and don't forget to enjoy your stay. Be careful, though, or we just might sell you a boat!

Welcome aboard! It's great that you are a roll up your sleeves and get in there with the customer kind of guy :thup. Its' also great to hear the factory will respond to e-mails now.

If you have any customers hemin' or hawin' about buying A CD, send them our way :hug.

Sorry I missed you at EQ. I normally share a latte with Les and Kathy in the morning. If you have been monitoring the pub, you know this is a great bunch of folks and source of information for all of us C-Dory nuts. Attending one of our functions would reinforce this!! Come join us.

Jeff, welcome aboard from the East Coast! Not too many of us out here but we'd like to make it lots more. If you've got potential customers out here, send them my way for a ride, we're sold on your product and would be glad to help convince others!

P.S. Watch out for that Lampman crowd!

I just picked up a new 22' Cruiser...I like it already and have not had it in the water yet. :mrgreen: Good to have a factory representative to field questions and concerns. :thup

Hi Jeff, it was nice talking with you at your shop a few weeks back. Thanks again for selling us the bow rail. I got it installed and it looks great.

OK, a big official Welcome Aboard! I hope you all had a fantastic boat show and sold a lot of boats and that our little collages attracted at least a little interest for you! And I don't know if anybody formally said "Thank You" to C-Dory for our little get-together at the Renton Hilton! So pass it on to Scot, Thank You! Keep working on EVERYBODY at C-dory to get on-board with the 'puter thing!!

Hi Jeff,

Welcome to the pub. I see you found a nice stool to enjoy some time with a bunch of C-Brats so don't be a stranger either here or at the gatherings.
For some of us, doing stuff to our boats is a way of life so having somebody that knows who made the factory equipment C-Dory installed will be priceless. Thanks for stepping in.

You can hear the hunger the C-Brats have to connect more with the C-Dory Factory. I am another one of the guys who hung out a good deal at the Seattle Boat Show. I brought a different brother with me each day. I am the new owner who purchased my boat when it was only a year old (2003).

Thanks for representing C-Dory in the manner that you are.
 
Welcome Jeff, nice to have you join us and I encourage you to join in on the discussions! (Met you at the boat show). Thank you for being involved with the manufacture of such a great vessel. Recently sold my 1st....the 16' and soon will be out cruising on the 22'. :smilep
 
Thank you for the warm welcoming. I have enjoyed talking with many of you. Before I accepted the job with C-Dory I traveled with Scot to visit several different dealers around the country. One of the dealers described the c-dory owner/enthusiast as extremely PASSIONATE about C-dory Boats. The more that I am around these boats the more I realize how true this statement is. I am a boater and spend many days on the water and look forward to seeing more of the c-brat gang!

Jeff, just out of curiosity, what kinda boat you got? I've had an aircraft carrier, a destroyer and now a C-Dory. If you don't have a C-Dory, I bet I know where you can get a good deal!!
 
Hey! ... --Welcome-- from the only unofficial C-Dory Dealer in Alaska! lol Every time I am towing or in port, they just seem to sell themselves! ---with just a scoshe of honesty and enthusiasm, from the captain..... :wink :beer :beer

My wife and I enjoyed talking with you at the Seattle Boat Show. You said that you were going to be active on the C-Brat web site. True to your word! I've been expecting you and glad to see you on board.

One of these days you're going to going to get a hankering to head up to Alaska and do some serious fishing. As I told Gene, mid-August, give or take is primo for the silvers. I would think we ought to be able to pull together a fleet of C-Dorys.

Glad you're here and will be looking for more chatter.
