Wefings great customer service

Without going into how it happened, I lost my key set a few days ago and decided that I would call Marc at Wefings to determine if he could help. Marc and his troops were frantically preparing to leave for the Atlanta boat show and I know the last thing that they needed was a distraction like this.

Marc was extremely helpful and routed me to Jeff in parts who express- mailed my keys immediately. They even had to go into town to get the pilot house door keys made.

I must say the this kind of service and followup is NOT COMMON these days and I will not forget it. Thanks to Wefings, I was back on the water in a couple of days.

Thanks Wefings!!!!!!!!!!!!

:D :D

Poor Marc,

We sure were a pest to him. I also called him the same day with some questions about my 19 Angler. He also took care of me without complaint...

Great people with that good ol Southern Hospitality.

Glad to hear Wefings is a good dealership. I've been talking to Marc lately and want to ask some brats about Wefings at the SBSCBGT. Florida is a very long drive from home. C.W.

Wefings gives great customer service including Charlie Holtom. They recently gave my bank everything they needed to overcome some conservative nada c-dory book values on a boat that I bought from a private seller even though they had nothing to gain from the deal. Thanks again Wefings.

Thank you all! Our simple motto is to treat people how we would like to be treated ourselves , and to try to stay in business doing it . The more your own staff can do , the better the potential customer service will be . It requires a team with a common goal , not an assemblage of other businesses that you may or may not be able to count on, that perhaps have their own agendas.. We dont want our customers to feel like they are "on their own" after the sale . Even if we didn't make the sale .
Marc

Wefings has always hung in there and never shied away from any customer related problems shared on this site. To deal with them is to have confidence that they will hold up their part of the bargain. That's an awfully good thing.

Well, I just think that those of us who criticize when we feel it is warranted have an obligation to also point out the good things too. By the way, Byrdman, you are one of the good things. :thup

But You're so Wrong Mac!

What we gained by assisting you with your loan value challenges (unconditional friendship, trust and goodwill) are far more valueable and will be something that we still have long after any money we may have made from a single boat sale.

My '08 vote goes for the Wefing/Holtom ticket
