First I would like to thank Susan for inviting the C-Brat community to join us in the Walk to Defeat ALS. I’d also like to thank all of our friends here at the pub that have walked, sponsored and supported our efforts the last two years. The response has been has been humbling and at times overwhelming (in a good way). Your words of encouragement and love for Dee in this thread and others are much appreciated.
To date this year there are at least 22 C-Brats that are walking or sponsoring a walker! Thank you! If you haven’t done so, it’s not too late to walk or sponsor one of us. I’m inviting you to join us. There are links throughout this thread that will take you to each of us who are walking this year.
In addition, information on ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and the Walk can be found at these links:

This year I walk to remember and honor Dee and to provide assistance and hope for a cure for those who have ALS and their families.
Thank you,
Donald Gonser
