Tsunami Warning Issued for Parts of West Coast

"From The Bay Area EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM.

The National Weather Service Has just issued a Tsunami warning for the coastal areas of Northern and Central California including the following counties: Sonoma, Napa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Santa Clara.

It is due to reach the mouth of San Francisco Bay at 8:08 am.

The Tsunami Warning means a tsunami is imminent and coastal areas in the warned area should prepare for flooding.

Conditions will be updated hourly, or as conditions warrant, by the National Weather Service."

I've seen and heard stuff from Crescent City, and Brookings, but nothing from the mid and northern Oregon or Washington or Vancouver Island. There are some pretty exposed ports there: Depot Bay, Newport, Tillamook, Columbia River bar, Willapa Bay, Grays Habour, Bamfield or Barclay Sound.

Anybody know how our more western brothers are doing? How they fared?

As far as I've heard, there's been no issues on the WA or BC coasts and the only issue I heard of on the OR coast was a looky-loo photographer got washed out to sea while taking photos. I understand that some of the Aleutian islands may have been hit a bit worse but haven't seen any news on that.
 
My brother in coos bay said the tide moved about one foot in height over two hours. so not much news there. I have not been able to find anything on ports north of that.
 
No sign of it in the NW corner of Oregon. I heard of some minor effect in Depoe Bay, mainly due to in-running current at the harbor. That is about 100 miles south of me. About 200 miles down they had some damage in the Brookings harbor, but not as much as further south in the CA ports.
