Trouble uploading pictures:

I have tried twice to upload my pictures, both times unsuccessfully, I get a message that says "Sorry you can't access this file directly". What should I do. George
 
When you go to your album (as you are signed in), and click on "Album actions", then click on "upload photos". You will have a widow open which allows you to select up to 5 (default--can be more or less), photos. Don't try and to upload too large a photo, and just try one for starters. I often have to compress my photos before putting them in the album.
 
If photos are on your phone, email them to yourself and reduce the fie size then save them from Inbox
 
another tip is use the camera on the phone and lower the resolution (megapixel) setting
