Transom molding coming off.

I just bought a boat from the SW in a very sunny climate. the boat was stored on a lift under a covered marina however the transom was exposed to the sun and consequently the black plastic molding that goes across the transom has begun to come off the fiberglass. Can someone out there give me advice on what product to use to reinstall the molding.
Thanks

Technically BoatLife Life Seal is the recommended product. It is a hybrid silicone/urethane. I used black 5200 on the 2003, C Dory 25 when I did the transom repair. The 5200 is a more permanent repair..

I used black life seal as Bob suggested. The molding was not only coming up, it was also warped. I used a heat gun to straighten it out so it would lay flat. I drilled out each of the screw holes and used a small cutting bur drill bit to hollow out a cavity and filled with thickened epoxy and re-drilled those holes. I taped off the area using blue tape so the life seal wouldn't get to messy and reinstalled the whole thing. I was happy with how it turned out. Our previous c-dory had the same problem, it must be pretty common

Thanks for the info, mine looks like someone used hot glue to fasten it down in the past. I'll file / grind that out and reset it. I have both BoatLife and 5200 black. I'll probably use boatlife for this one as I want to pull the screws on the trim tabs and use 5200 to seal that up.
