All instructions should include the basics as there are people out there that aren't up to web posting tech levels.
This is how I finally got there:
1- Get Firefox
2- download the BBcode
3- download photobucket
4 upload pictures to photobucket (pb)
5-right click on your pb picture
6-then on the drop-down menu left click on "view image info
7- copy the highlighted line by right clicking then left Ck to copy
8- Now go to C-Brats to comment and post picture
10- look above the empty box and left ck on
11- [img] will appear in the big comment box
12- right ck next to [img] box in comment box and clk paste
13- go back to small [img] in the heading and left ck on it and [/imag] will appear to in the comment box
13- a picture should now appear
Oh yeah-- Pat and Marty said it was simple -- while I thank you all for hanging in here IT AIN'T SIMPLE FOLKS-- TO SIMPLE FOLK
ps --if I have missed a step in this simple process --LOL please correct me
 
There are several ways to post images here and most are much easier than all of those steps. You can upload photos to your own gallery on C-Brats. To post a photo in a thread, right-click on your photo, copy URL and paste it between the img code.

If you want to use Photobucket or any other image storing site you don't have to download anything. Simply sign up for an account on their website, upload images and copy the IMG code for the photo you want to post here.

This why there is so much confusion on posting photos-- as those that know how its done forget that many of us don't have your skills sets for computer language Re: your "here are several ways to post images here and most are much easier than all of those steps. Many copy and paste from there photo library and this won't work as there is no option to copy the URL this way. You don't explicitly state you must up-load then down load to obtain a URL address for the picture.
 
At this time, Blueback doesn't have a gallery - no "blue name" in his profile. You have to request a gallery from Bill or Mike to get one set up.
