Well Greatings my turned wheel hub/brew making friend in the NW.
Great point. I have been donating every quarter for some time now.
I think we all would have to say we get much, much enjoyment from the site, not to mention a good flare up now and then. Life is good. Help those who help us. :thup

Now, let's see, time to update subscriptions to Heartland Mag, BoatUS, Trailer Boat Mag, Camper World, .... and that should get my reading assignments lined up for 2010.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all, and have a very safe and Blessed Christmas Season!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone,

David- Navy enlisted men and women have long known that officers carry a small card which says "left is port, right is starboard". Perhaps the Coast Guard Auxiliary should adopt this practice. Happy Thanksgiving Captain.

(OK, OK I'll donate, with pleasure)

I once again, feel the need for full disclosure.

Our hosting fees are paid these days, thanks to the wonderful folks whose ads you see at the top of all pages. Give them your business, whenever possible - they're all great C-Brat friends and supporters.

Anything you send to us via the donate link, goes to beer. Or bait. Or iPhones for teenage girls, or Dana's TJMaxx addiction.

We're just fine with that, and are in fact quite appreciative when a few bucks come our way. Just be aware when doing so, that we'd keep pushing the broom around the C-Brat circus, with or without the donations. And, the elephants get fed either way.

Thanks again, everyone.

Hey Bill, how about going into my post and changing right to left. I was thinking right coast and left coast and wrote it aimed at the wrong coast.

David,

R Coast and L coast is only relative. 'pends if you are headed N or S so you would have to be specific and say R coast in N up Mode.

(it's going to be a long winter.....)

What ARE you all talking about? I just reviewed my post and it says upper left. thanks Bill

byrdman,
something very strange happened today. i was looking out the window at our office and noticed a hurst was slowly driving down the street, behind the hurst was a man walking with a big dog. behind the man was another hurst and behind that hurst was 200 men walking in single file. i ran out and asked the man with the dog what had happened, he said my dog attacked my wife and she's now in that hurst. i asked him who was in the hurst behind him, he said his mother-in-law. he said his mother -in-law saw the attack and jumped in and didn't make it. i thought for a moment and then said, could i borrow your dog, he said sure, get in line!
best regards
pat

Thanksgiving, indeed! Thank you all so much.

I have to agree with Bill's sentiments. (I can kind of see the circus reference, but I didn't know we were feeding elephants. But then, there is a lot of stuff Bill doesn't let me in on. Must be a nerd thing.) Nevertheless, as he said, the bills get paid upfront with the help of the people behind the ads so the donations are seen as much appreciated gifts.

I love this place!

Mike (and the teenage iPhone girls)
