Brats--Just wanted to thank all of you who stopped by to see the Venture at the show! All of us, Bri, Ryan, Mark, Greg, and Ron were pleased to see so many current owners of the boats. Again, we are hopeful that this will be the year for some of you to invest in a new Dory that we trust will be built with the tradition you are proud of, as well as an improved fit and finish. All the best to all of you!! Let's keep this brand alive, well and on the water!!

I'm glad to see the factory participate in boat shows. Not to be rude, but I just wanted to say some updates to the boats, improvements, and an expanded list of factory installed options such as solar packages, cabin insulation etc. might make a big difference in getting current and future owners to make the leap. Since the new boats don't seem to be a lot different from the older models. Small things such as reading lights, fans, kicker mounts, backup bilge pumps would nice as some people that are not so handy could get a boat a little more outfitted by the factory. Having a pictured parts list available on the website with these available options would be great. How about a color coded wiring diagram? Not to cast shadows on the dealer network but people usually trust the factory's choices. Not sure what to do? Why not start a thread about just that on this site. Plenty of free advice from people who know and love these boats the best. All the best.

Really glad that you were able to make a presence at the Seattle boat show this year. I tried to find you, but was distracted by the big boats there :)

Would be great to see you at the Friday Harbor get together this May. My understanding is that this is the largest of the gatherings of C-Dory owners and somewhat local to you. I know sometimes folks who do not yet own come to see what this gathering is all about. Perhaps you could pick up some new boat buyers.
