I am still trying to understand what fuel dock, where. If its the Cap Sante fuel dock, their price is $3.97 according to their website http://www.portofanacortes.com/marina/marina-facilities/fuel-dock

I believe what is meant by "Swinomish" is the land-based gas station on Swinomish Indian land btwn the twin bridges and the casino (close to Tom & Jerry's marina. Note your boat has to be on a trailer to use these pumps.
