Found this while wandering the interweb last night. Looked familiar so I contacted the seller and she said it is a new swim step for a C-Dory.

Might be good for someone who wants a first or second swim step. FWIW, I added a second swim step to my 22 (one on each side) and love it.

I have no interest in this item and I don't know the seller. However, the price is about 1/7th the factory price for a swim step (price from a few years ago). The factory told me the ladder is off the shelf, so a ladder could be added to this step easily. If it is installed as the second swim step a ladder is not required anyway.

As I mentioned earlier, the factory ladder is an off the shelf item (was Garelick, don't know what they use now) that is added at the factory. You can actually get the factory swim step with or without the ladder.

This is what the dealer quoted in 2015:
Price for the swim platform is $550 plus shipping and tax without ladder.
$695 plus shipping and tax with ladder.
