I spent several days above Camas on the Mighty Columbia and every morning this http://www.c-brats.com/albums/album137/ ... .sized.jpg appeared with an armed escort for testing and research. Sorry about the size but alot of detail was lost when it was resized for the album.

We've been out on the dock at Steamboat Landing on the Columbia and it has come by and it is very stealthy. By the time you know it's there, it's gone. We also tried to get a pic, but couldn't get anything better.

We've got enough problems keeping up with them, and they already have boats that are at least this fast or faster.

I'm sure they wouldn't be allowed to sell such a boat to a private party, however.

I suspect (but do not know for sure) that it is a USN project, built as a low radar cross section project, much like Sea Shadow was. The sloping sides will bounce radar returns up, not back at the transmitter. All the lifelines are likely for safety when coming into and leaving port. Not a surprising turn of events, the druggies have sophisticated radar.
