Spring Swap Meet at Fisheries Supply April 14

I have a ton of junk at home that I've taken off our boat and wanted to get rid of but putting stuff on ebay/craigslist isn't my top priority. I just happened to see the banner on fisheriessupply.com mentioning a spring swap meet in their parking lot.

I am going to bring so much stuff there. Attwood G27 battery tray, some giant flare gun bazooka, a ton of SeaDog stainless railing parts, a Garelick stainless 115# pivoting kicker bracket, a type V ring, some youth life jackets, misc lines, etc.

I am going to have so much room in the basement after this!

Thanks for posting this. There are some good bargains to be had there. I was given advice to get there veryearly, like 6AM, and have a pocketful of small bills. It proved to be good advice.

I have had great success for selling unwanted boating stuff at the Fisheries swap meet. The space is free, but I would arrive earlier than 6:00 am to stake out your "turf". I have heard that some folks show up around midnight on Friday night to set up their spaces, and some great "wheeling and dealing" takes place between midnight and sunrise. The only problem I have had is that I end up purchasing some great bargains, so it seems to be a "net zero" process for me.
Good Luck,
Leo
