I bought this C-Dory 2 years ago, from its original owner, after looking for a 25 for 2 years after selling my 22. It’s a fresh water boat that has been stored inside and has only 80 hours on it! Looks like new! Because of COVID and some health issues I have only put 8 hours on it in the last 2 years so it’s time sell it.
Some of the options are:
06 Yamaha F150TXR with fresh oil and filter and new impeller and Permatrim.
3 props, a 13 and 17 pitch aluminum and a 15 pitch 4 blade stainless.
2020 8hp Yamaha kicker with less than 1 hr on it, plus steering link to main.
Sunbrella full camper back, Bimini and travel cover.
Lewmar Delta anchor and 600 windless with new chain and rode.
Dometic head with pump out.
Lewmar opening ports in V-berth.
Enlarged V-berth entrance with storage underneath.
Norcold fridge.
Richie compass.
2 extra bow cleats.
Wallas diesel stove and heater.
2 1/2 gal water heater.
Bennett trim tabs with display.
A60 Raymarine chart plotter with 8 map cards.
Duel 200 watt CD player.
Raw water wash down.
Standard Horizon Quantom GX236S VHF radio.
Shore power with Guest 10 amp Charge Pro and 35 amp batt isolator.
30ft shore power cord.
All interior “L” brackets have been removed and furniture has been glassed in.

The aluminum EZ Loader bunk trailer has a capacity rating of 7900 pounds. It has 4 wheel disc brakes and 5 new Goodyear “E” rated Endurance tires. It also has guide posts for easy boat retrieval.

There are over 70 photos at Flickr that show all modifications in detail.

Wow, what a fantastic boat! Some lucky person will get their dream boat by buying this and the best part is that it is truly a gem.

Hi,
I am the happy owner of a C Dory 22 Cruiser in excellent condition (2008, less than four hundred hours on a Honda 90, a couple of hours on a new 6 hp longshaft kicker, redundant electronics – older Garmin 2019 Simrad plotter, two depth sounders, VF, FM AM radio, full cockpit screening etc. The boat has always been on a covered life or stored inside on its trailer).
As said, I am the happy owner of the 22, but would like to upgrade to the 25 mostly for my lovely wife (i.e. separate bathroom, bit more storage).
Thus I am very interested in a fair trade. In that we both know C Dorys, no need for BS – the ballpark upgrade for a 2008 Cdory 22 in at great shape to a 2005 C25 in great shape would be in region of 25k – an amount I could write a check for immediately.
I am currently in my cabin near Newaygo Michigan spending my yearly “free alone time” working on the 80 acres, doing fixits on the cabin, boat and Roadtrek (that is perfect for hauling the 22, a bit small for anything but short distance for the 25).
I will be in Michigan for another two-three weeks. I am not kicking tires (would also consider buying outright and selling my Dory but is a bit more complicated).
Please give me a call at 231-287-1666 or 231-287-3327. (No answering machine and am usually working outside, so might miss the call. I have no internet in the cabin and am currently at the Howard City library for this communication.
Thanks, and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey Bob,
Thanks for the interest in my 25 but I’m afraid standard 22 wouldn’t work for me since I’m on the tall side at 6’6”. The 22 that I owned for 10 years was a high top and was a perfect fit.
Bob
