Tyboo is setting up an album for me and when I figure out how to post photos I will. Note that posting pics is above my pay grade but we'll make it work.

Very low hour 2005 22 C-Dory Cruiser with dark blue trim and bimini. The boat is turn key other than safety gear and personal effects, everything works. It has spent most of it's life under cover. It includes a Sunbrella moorage (full) cover. The cover is dirty account years of service but it is in good shape. The boat has been inside the last 2 1/2 years.
This model has the convertible navigator's seat that faces forward for travel, back for the dinette or makes a bunk. Garelick helm seat, Wallas diesel cooker with cabin heat fan top, full set Sterlite storage drawers under galley and galley door racks.
Garmin GPSMAP 4210 navigation screen with depth, water speed and 18" HD RADAR on a wedge. Icom M422 radio and Ritchie compass.
7.5kg Claw anchor, 15' chain & 200' 7/16" three strand rode, 4 each fenders and dock lines.
Twin Honda 40s with less than 300 hours each. The hour meters died a few years ago but this figure is close. Dual Racor fuel filters. The batteries (2) are 1 1/2 years old and have never been run down. Blue Seas Add A Battery system. Doel (?) fins included. Spare props too but they are not fit for full time service, get home duty only.
All of the boats fluids and filters have been changed this year and the water pumps rebuilt. I have spare parts left over from preventative maintenance if you want them for spares. Timing belts, valve cover gaskets, Racor clear filter bowls, water pump parts etc.
EZ Loader trailer with Goodyear Endurance tires (the spare is a china bomb though). Recent Vortex 100,000 mile hubs, disc surge brakes and actuator, fresh brake fluid, 7 pin electrical connector and 2" trailer ball.

$40,000

Thanks Harvey!

The boat is located just east of Vancouver, WA in Washougal.

One detail I forgot is the boat comes with the factory maintenance-repair manual and an after market one too.

Steve, You're welcome.

Hope you are up-sizing and going to be around for a while, but understand life and priorities.

Chester just sold to a very nice young couple. They will make the community proud.
Bitter sweet moment. But it's better that the boat will get used rather than sit.

I'm thinking of getting a bigger sailing dinghy than my cramped CLC Skerry.

Steve, Congratulations on the sale. That was quick. Yes, I'm voting for the .... anything to keep on or near the water. And, Hope you stay in touch here, or drop by a CBGT along the way. You two are always welcome.

Thanks again, Harvey. I think the buyers want to participate in Brat activities, you will like them.
I'm getting a quote on a Gig Harbor Boat Works 17' Salish Voyager. They are too new to show up second hand. I just need to find a way to tow it behind the travel trailer, alas it's illegal in Washington.

Congrats on the sale! I knew the first couple to see it would scoop it up. Glad to hear your still going to be on the water though. I need to learn how to sail, maybe build another lapstrake - loved the last project. Again congrats!
