Hi Joel,
Sorry to see you selling Sea3PO. Too many seem to be leaving the C-Dory fold. Or maybe I'm just hanging around too long! Colby

I really hate to let er go... 2021 was a terrible year for me....evacuated from our home during the fire...and then medical stuff...heart attack, cancer etc....I think the ole dirt nap is ah-ccoming.

Sorry to hear about your health issues Joel. I've been on the hunt for a 22 Cruiser for awhile now. Hoping to get into one sooner than later as I'm no young man either. From LA originally but in the Central Valley now. Grew up sailing and diving So Cal and the Channel Islands. Hoping to retire in 3-5yrs and return to exploring the waters that I grew up around again. May or later would work fine for me. Cash buyer but no rush. The right boat is worth waiting for. Sure looks like you've done Sea3PO right.
Couple of questions...
1. Model and age & Hrs on the Yamaha's?
2. Shore Power?

Paul

Yes it is really low hours....I did not use it as much as I wanted

Two years ago I sent the carbs to the East Coast to be remanufactured...I changed the main and idle jets to improve the idle and performance...the boat gets between 4 and 4.5 miles per gallon...

Sorry for the lame grammar...I should proof read before hitting submit.
What I'd like to know is if you are the original owner and if the Yamaha 40's are fuel injected or have carburetors.

Sure sounds like a solid boat. I'm less than 3 hrs away and very interested. She'd have a good home with me and be well taken care of :) The late May timeframe works well for me as I'm going to be out of the country until then. I'll be following on C-Brats. Would love to see her and have a shot at her when I get back end of May. I suspect she may well be gone by then but hope not.

Thanks Joel
Hope & pray all of the best for you with your health issues...

Paul if you want this boat, I would put a deposit on it now. I believe that you are correct that it will be sold in a few weeks. Some times you have to have faith. Joel is a stand up guy and honest man, who also has commercial boating business background. I would not be afraid to buy his boat sight unseen.

I recently sold my 25, with a commitment from a C Brat, and possession not taking place for 6 months.

To Joel,
Some times the “good Lord” has plans to keep us around for a lot longer than we think—I suspect that you are one of those people so blessed!

Don't feel sorry, I am fine... I just don't want to burden Sue with all my junk...(I have lots of toys) I am finishing the total restoration of a 1972 Opel GT....anyone interested in a nice collection of 25 antique telephones ? (might be a bit hard to sell)

Several weeks ago they installed a filter in my heart..... it's a AC Delco not a FRAM.....guess it will still work... I am just fine now that they have fixed my plumbing....

Joel,
I think Bob is right about me making a deposit. I want the boat and would be really bummed to see it get grabbed up by someone else. I am working today. I'm an RN and do Critical Care Transport so between calls I can get online but I am working. I'd like to talk. See what you need to hold the boat and final payment. I can't take her until end of May so no hurry on that. Please email me a good phone so we can talk or call me ASAP. (209) 567-3295 Looking forward to moving forward on this Joel!

Congrats Joel. You did well, and somebody got a great boat. Hope to still see you around here. Our trip on the delta/bay is still one of my C-BRAT highlights.

Hey Harvey,
Can't wait to take over care of SEA3PO. Joel has been giving me great info. and I'm very happy to have been able to get such a special boat. It's been a long, patient search that looks to have paid off in spades! Hope to see you around one day :)
