She just might float

I ordered my C-22 from Les an E.Q. Marine a while back. He told me that my boat had begun production and since I live within easy driving distance of the factory he suggested I stop by to see it. I did Thursday where I met Scott Mathews who gave me a tour of the factory and introduced me to my new boat. She’s just an empty shell at this point. The hull and deck are bonded together and the windows and doors are cut out. Still a way to go but she is coming together and looking great. I took some pictures and would post if I had an album. She will be another week or so at the factory and then she’s off to Whidbey Island for Les to rig and work his magic on. I hope to be in the water by August and am looking forward to meeting some of you then. Mike

Well congrats, and best of luck with the new boat you should find plenty of company up that way. Welcome to the Forum

I would love to join you but due to a number of incredible circumstances I still don't have my boat. I was supposed to pick it up from EQ Marine this Thursday but my tow rig got into an argument with a tree and is in the body shop. The truck won't be out of the shop before Les leaves for his vacation the week so I guess I'll have to wait until he gets back. Hope to meet all you C-Brats at the next get together.
