after just finding out when I'm working and not working, I will be free that day, please add one for brewery dinner and ride if possible
Jay - Sam Landsman is a C-Brat who went from Seattle to Alaska last year in his 22 and then this year circumnavigated Vancouver Island in his 22. See http://www.samlandsman.com/ for more details or this thread and this thread on the C-Brats for more info.breausaw":4m7b2tto said:Pardon my ignorance but who is Sam Landsman and where is this Brewery. I may or may not make it down for the show but if I do would be fun to meet some of you.
Not yet - I'll get to that sometime later today.Mike_J":2um6cmff said:Hi Roger, I noticed that the google doc had not been updated.
Around 4:20-ish. Once I have a clear idea of how many need rides and take care of that booking, I may be able to hang around the hotel and take a couple stragglers to the brewery.Mike_J":2um6cmff said:Looking forward to the evening event.
What time will people be leaving the hotel?
Will you be bringing a car over on the ferry? If so, it might be better to drive straight to the brewery.Mike_J":2um6cmff said:I have discovered that the Sidney Anacortes ferry does not run in winter
( International service to and from Sidney, British Columbia, does not sail on any day of the week during the winter schedule. Sidney service will resume on Sunday, April 6, 2014.), so I will be taking the 1 PM BC ferry, which should get me to the Silver cloud around 5 PM.

You can always get some to go in a growler for consumption later. :beerMike_J":37kzwtgw said:It looks to me like I may be best to drive there directly since I won't make it to the hotel by 5. I will have to be more careful of what I sample at the taproom!

The brewery is Snoqaulmie Falls Brewery and Taproom. The brewery was started by Pat Anderson(Daydream), David McKibben (Anna Leigh). It's located at 8032 Falls Ave SE
Snoqualmie, WA 98065 and is about 28.5 miles east of the boat show.
Jay - yes, most are staying in the Silver Cloud Inn at the stadium. It's adjacent to the boat show and is a pretty nice place to stay. It's easy to get to by light rail from the airport.breausaw":athx8liq said:rogerbum":athx8liq said:Jay - Sam Landsman is a C-Brat who went from Seattle to Alaska last year in his 22 and then this year circumnavigated Vancouver Island in his 22. Sounds like a gathering not to be missed. Is there a particular hotel everyone is staying at by the boat show?
See the first post in this thread - around 5PM.Mike_J":20vorexc said:Thanks for organizing Roger. I can't commit to the van as yet, since I will not get to the Tsawassen ferry terminal until around 2:45 and it takes 2.5 hours to get to Seattle if the border is quick...
What time are we starting at the Tap room?
