Rocket Launcher Shopping

Among the many things on our shopping want list for our 22 cruiser, I have worked my way down to a roof mounted rocket launcher rod holders set up. Not wanting anything fancy, just a simple 5-6 rod arch. This is not a must have item, but would it would be nice to for storage convenience. With this in mind, I refuse to spend 700-1200 dollars for a custom fab just for a simple piece of bent aluminum or stainless with 5 chunks of pipe welded to it. There are some things I do not mind paying for, but this is not one of those things. I am so stubborn about this, I am actually toying with the idea of just buying a used tig welder and playing around with it in my garage and see what I can come up with.

By chance does anyone have a rod holder set up laying around their garage they wouldn't mind selling? I know this is a long shot, but I just thought I would ask.

Thank you

I have a single bar with a handful of the clamp on rocket launchers sitting in my garage. Took it off my CC 23 when I had a taller arch installed for dinghy clearance. Not sure of the width and you'd probably have to get the pads reset as the arch of your roof is different. PM me if you're interested.

I to wanted a little cheaper route and cut up some 1 1/2" pvc. with some dry fitting of t's and90's came up with anice looking 5 pole holder. glued it and added some aluminum paint. from a short distance you couldn't tell the difference. didnt break the bank at about $25 and works just as well.

could email you a picture if can't figure this out. would need email address

If you have the photo in a album on another site, you can click on the photo and get the image address, then paste it after the "img" The image should have jpeg or similar photo identifier at the end.

The better option is to ask an administrator of this forum to make an album for you. Put your boat photos in your album, then click on the photo (on MAC it is the "control" key) There are several ways to do it form a PC.
