Anyone have the Raymarine SL72+ radar that can take a quick look or picture of their wiring harness going into the scanner/antenna/radome for me? In the process of readying my Searay for sale (as I look for a C-Dory 22), I removed the radar and managed to pull the pins out of the harness connector at the scanner. I think I'll be able to get all the pins back in to the connector as nothing looks damaged, but the operating manual I have doesn't show which color wire fits into which pin slot. So, if someone has this radar could pull the cap off their scanner and take a picture, or at least jot down the color of wires in order going from the side nearest the positive and negative leads, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. Colby

Colby, I'd call the factory and see if they will help. Their tech support has been pretty good. You can do it on line too, may even find the answer there without a call.

I sent a msg to Raymarine yesterday, so hope to hear something this week. Also found an operating manual on Raymarine scanners, and if all their plugs are the same, I may have my answer. As long as I figure out which end is which. But you know what they say about a picture and 1000 words! ;-) Colby

Thanks, but actually I have that manual, as it came with the radar. The page you refer to shows what the wires do, but not necessarily how they fit in to the socket. However, I did hear back from Raymarine, as they sent me a diagram that shows the pin socket and location of each wire within it. Colby
