Repowered with Suzuki 150’s on my Tomcat looking for best prop selection, currently have Suzuki 151/4-20
Wondering if that’s too much?

No the props range from `19 to 21, depending on the prop (3/4 blades, diameter, cup and material.) What is your WOT speed and RPM? You should be in the high 40's mph. with a light to moderately heavy boat. Minimal weight--close to 50 mph. On inland waters and ICW, I usually measure speed in statuate miles per out. In the ocean in knots or nautical miles per hour. Most distances on inland waters are statuate. At sea, in nautical.

I believe I had 20" pitch SS 4 blade Power Tech--don't remember the number. I also had some 21 in SS, but a lot of cup and too much for that boat. 3rd set were aluminum and I believe at 19 pitch, If I lost or damaged a prop, as back up. I kept the aluminum props aboard., along with tools, and extra thrust washers, and castle nuts etc.
