I mounted a 2.5 lb propane tank in the port side lazerete. I found I never used this as the live well it was intended for. It was a tight fit vertically so I routered a 1 inch riser out of uhmw that fits the hatch cover profile. I also made a ring to fit the base of the propane tank to stop any movement. Plumbing was done throughout the side of the hatch into the splash well area sealed with a rubber grommet. I have a large cleaning table in this location and the propane hose is always nearby when needed. Best part is this bottle location is vented overboard with the live well plug removed. I find the one pound bottles don't last long and are a hassle to dispose of. The 2.5 lb bottle lasts a long while and is of course refillable. Best part is it's out of sight, secure and vented overboard! :thup
