I did a few things to organize the cabinet that is on the port side as you enter the 25.
The spare prop was always a storage problem, so I made a mount to hold it up and out of the way until (hopefully never) needed.
First I epoxied a pad to the hull at the very back of the cabinet after scuffing up the surface a bit.

Then I glassed the edges of the pad to the hull and painted it. I then mounted a galvanized pipe flange and a short stub to the pad. I put some washers under some longer screws on the bottom two holes so that it would be angled up a bit and encourage the prop to stay on. To be sure, I tethered a short line to one of the screws and left it coming out the front of the pipe to use as a retainer of sorts.

The pipe would be too harsh on the prop hub, so I got a piece of PVC and slipped it over the metal pipe stud. The OD of the PVC was just right for the prop.

Here is the prop installed and the retainer knotted through a large washer for security.

Next, I mounted a large PVC 45deg elbow on the side wall using a pipe-cap end screwed to the plywood:

This made a nice holder for the shore power cord:

Finally, I put a row of hooks on the other side to hold the most-used dock lines:

That leaves me the floor space for a small tool bag.
