For those of you that may be looking for a safe place to park your rig when launching out of Bellingham, this is what we did last year and it worked out well.
We launched the boat at the Port of Bellingham (Colleen stayed with the boat), I drove the rig about 3 blocks south of the launch to "Landings At Colony Wharf" (secure combination gate locked storage) for $40 a week. They are at 1001 C Street A, Bellingham, Wa. 98225. Their phone number is (360) 715-1000. After checking in with them, I parked the trailer on their lot and drove back to the Port. Check-in with the Port, signed their log book (which allows you to park the truck at the Port for long term parking) parked the truck and we were on our way. The Port will not allow long-term parking for both truck and trailer together.
Seems like a lot of work but it was worth it to me for the peace of mind of knowing that my trailer would not be messed with and to also get gas near by without the trailer in tow.

Keith, what ever name you chose, try saying it 3 times (in a hurry) and see how it sounds. "Not drive the CG crazy" is right, but also, something that is not common, but easy to spell, say and understand.
