I been trying to post some pictures of my new Garmin Chartplotter/Fishfinder but l am unable to do so. I used the same procedure as a used a couple of years ago but no luck , has the procedure changed . I did notice a security warning saying this site is not secure but if i recall correctly i have always seen this warning.

Upload the photo to your gallery. Right-click on the photo to get the URL, copy it and paste it between the IMG codes above the message body box.

without spaces will yield this;

Nothing has changed with the photo loading. The first thing to check would be an active popup blocker.

I loaded a pic of my boat into your album without any trouble. (It was an old one with the Honda motor, so I deleted it.)

Keep after it! I see you have lots of photos in your album so you will figure out this goofy little problem in short order. Whatever you do, don't give up.

Do you have a new computer, a different system, or has anything changed in your computer. When I changed to a new HP Lap Top, I had to upgrade to Windoz 10 and they set up my Laptop with Microsoft Edge. THAT did not work. I had to have them go back to Chrome and it all works fine now.

As mentioned above:
1. Find the photo in your photo album
2. Hover over it with your cursor, and RIGHT click
3. That should bring up a menu, fund "copy image address" and
4. Left click on that.
5. Go to the place you want to add the photo in your post and
6. Right click there.
7. Find "Paste" in the drop down menu. Click that.
8. That should drop in the image file address - whatever.
9. Highlight that - front to back -
10. Go up to the button boxes over the thread posting box and find "Img"
11. Click on that. That should put these -- -- in front of and behind your photo address.
12. Click the "Preview" button before posting to see if it worked for you. If it did, the photo will be there.

NOTE For a small photo click on the image in your album page as it is, (24 to a page). If you want a larger photo, click on the image in your album to enlarge it, then go do the above instructions and the photo will come out the size you have enlarged it to.

Hopefully that will help.

What l'm trying to do is post pictures in my C-brats album from my photo album. The photo's in my photo album come from a digital camera that i have. Recently there was a Windows 10 update and that messed things up , it took me a week to figure out how to transfer pictures to my mail. Seems that you have to syncretize your mail with Windows mail in order to do that.Still looking how to transfer pictures , l have tried the copy and paste but that doesn't work. What i am trying now is transfer my photo's to another file and see if that works. Thanks.

Oh, Man, ain't that the truth!

Among other improvements apparently brought on by the latest update is this new "feature": I now have to hit the refresh button every time I visit the C-Brats site, otherwise the pages are incompletely formatted, making it difficult to follow text or distinguish items in lists. What a pain.

Best of luck! Hang in there.

I find that the incorrect formatting of a webpage is a function of network congestion either causing some data to be lost or the browser timing out the page load because the data reception takes too long. This happens on other sites too IME.

Be sure that the digital camera has JPEG images, not RAW format.. If it is RAW, then convert to JPEG. One other issue is if the files are too big--too much resolution. I down size my files (compress more) before posting.

On the other hand I don't do windows....

I am not good at computers, but have had some help occasionally. I download the pictures from my camera to my PC laptop, then have been able to transfer them from the Windoz "Photos" folder/files to the C-BRATS SleepyC Photo album. I have not tried that recently so not sure about any update affects, but YES, I HATE, updates, laptop or phone.

I’ve tried many ways to upload photos to other C Dory members, so they could look at my trailer and give me opinions on if it’s worth rebuilding or buying a new one. I tried what they said in the help form, but it doesn’t seem to work with an iPhone. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated so I can get these pictures to the C Brats who are helping me with making a decision on purchasing a new trailer or rebuilding[/quote]
