picking a new dog in the future

While up north for the Seattle Boat Show & C-Brat Party, we took a drive up to Arlington so we could get our pick of the litter.

The lovely Mrs. Da Nag surprised me this morning...she took a trip to a portrait studio while I was away a few weeks ago, and had some photos taken. I gotta say...knowing what a handful these dogs are, I'm very impressed with the quality of the shots. It's tough getting just one of them to cooperate for a picture - much less, three. If anyone is interested in a great photographer in the SF Bay Area with a knack for pet shots, Tonya Perme in Oakland really delivered for us.

Those are great looking pictures. Three wonderfull looking dogs you have there. The one with the white chest looks like a smaller version of my great dane. He was blue with a white chest and floppy ears.

Tom,

I considered flying up to bring her home, but the logistics was better to just have them fly her down.
We have non-stop service between Santa Barbara and Seattle, but the flight up to Seattle is an evening flight and the flight down to Santa Barbara is a morning flight.
It is only a 2-1/2 hour flight and Horizon has a good pet flight service.

That sure is a good looking little RAT...(that's what she looked like when I last saw her).... You did a good job picking her...Now if you only had a boat...
