Perfect cup of....Cappuccino!

I have a strong affinity (addiction is such a harsh word) for a nice Espresso drink in the morning. I recently found a handy Espresso maker that will work on the Wallas cooktop.

The Mukka Express makes 2 cups at a time of either Latte or Cappuccino. It does a nice job and foams the milk appropriately for each drink. I found it online for about $55.00.

Here's one that Diana and I bought when I was still in college. Many a cup of espresso has gone through this little beast in order to keep me awake through fun things like differential equations and ring theory..

I have seen these in kitchen shops, so you can still get them. I think I paid about $10 for this one. They do come in larger sizes.

I would not say that "Ring Theory" was one of my finer mathematical moments. In truth, the math was a way to get an education in computer science. My college did not have a CS program at the time. It was an interesting means to an end.:idea

Therefore I graciously give up the honorific of "Lord of the Rings" :lol: :lol:
 
Where are you getting these for $50+. The above link now shows $89 not $55. The cheapest I have found is $79.95. I want a new one, not from ebay. It seems that they are used.
