Harvey, I'm not real sure about you polysomnographic technologists....even though you say you were up and around, I'm thinking that perhaps you were merely sleep walking :roll:
 
Dave, they said that to me about Mt St. Helens too, well not sleep walking but deaf. I was about 15 miles from the mountain when it blew, and didn't hear a thing until well into the eruption, could hear the thunder-lightning from the lightning in the eruptive ash column. Hey I do try to pay attention to my surroundings. ( I have heard Catapiller tracks :wink )
