Nice Magazine spread for C-Dory in "Power Cruising&quot

My new Cruising World came with a free copy of Power Cruising and there is an article ,by an ex neighbor of mine from Annapolis, George Sass. He discusses the benefits and life style of OUTBOARD power cruising in general but features his own boat among several others. He has a Tom Cat 255 with a pair of 150 Suzuki's. Great write up and pictures including a nearly double page pic of the Tom Cat. Great article. Thanks, Bob

Thanks for the heads up. George Sass is a very well know yachting writer; His son is current editor of Power and Motor Yacht magazine.

If you have met George you know that he is a great guy and an ambassador of the C Dory line. George Sass Senior was editor in Chief of Yachting Magazine, and very active in the marine publishing world!

Hi Bob, I agree. We lived on our Krogen 42 in Spa Creek for 5 years and George kept "Sawdust" (his Thomas Point 43, one of the prettiest boats ever built) near us so we saw each other frequently. He took "Sawdust" around the great loop and wrote several good accounts of the trip. Here's the link for those who enjoy reading about journeys.
