Hello All. Excited to pick up my first powered boat today and join this community! I think it will be good to be here. Looking forward to exploring Willamette and Columbia with beginner's caution.

Are there many here from the Portland area? Do CDs have planned group "put ins"? Wow that sounds unintentionally sexy.

There is a big gathering at Friday Harbor in May. Excellent opportunity to see other C-Dory's and how folks have modified them. The Columbia and Willamette offer some great cruising. I've been on the Columbia twice, Willamette once. Just be aware of the current in the Columbia. Colby
