It's new to me as I just purchased my first C-Dory. I met Peter Jones in Portland today and I Purchased Sea Wolf from him. What a well kept boat. :thup No short cuts for Pete with anything on the boat. I couldn't say YES fast enough. My thanks to Pete and his wife for helping me get the boat.

Congratulations! That is great news. I remember when you joined our group and was hoping you would find the perfect boat. Sounds like you did!

Congrats - just about 6-7 short weeks from posting on the site to finding the boat of your dreams. Hope you enjoy it for many years.

Things happened fast after joining CB. Peter called from Canada and another fine fellow from Washington called. The Washington boat went quickly and Peter met me on his way home from BC. Blackfish, yes this is the same boat.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the CB site. Nothing but members who are willing to help with any question or problems you might have. You don't find that these days.

Looking forward to becoming a very active member..

hambone,

Congratulations, and welcome. Looks like you got a winner. You are right, The C-Brats are good folks.

wow I met peter and his wife during their annual fishing trip
nice folks the sea wolf looked like it was well taken care of
did Peter say what his plans are bigger boat maybe?

Dave

cool, that's going to be a great boat for poking around the local waters as well as the coast. suggested maiden voyage, throw in at eagle ridge and troll along the east shore for those monster trout :).

The wife & I are OITers and the kid just graduated last June and now works in Bend. The kid mops up on huge trout around there and is always eager to talk fishing if your interested

You know the area well I see. I have fished eagle ridge many times and a trip with sea wolf sounds like a good idea for sure.
