Well she was christened off double bluff area of Whidbey
Island. Nice calm picturesque day. Hopefully this will help during halibut season!
Neptune and all the powerful and wonderous gods now know her name as Absolutely, and will allow her safe voyages.
Maiden voyage good so far. Mooring the night in Port Townsend. Fishing in the morning and heading through Deception pass in the afternoon.

Well our maiden voyage with my wife on Absolutely went very well.
Day one: depart Camano island state park to the south to the double bluff area of Whidbey island for de-naming and christening ceremony. Then cruise to Port Townsend and spent the night at moorage next to town.
Day 2: fishing at mid channel ( not for long). The weather was getting a little rough.
Cruised north east to deception pass. Good conditions through the pass. Very rough just in the inside. Water splashing over the bow and tough waves. Absolutely handle it very well. Calmer waters close to North Camano island. Cruises along Camano toward the state park.
Then to the boat launch. Just in time to beat the small craft advisory!!!
