This is a beautiful piece of work. It even has a great shot of Greg's Red Fox on the inside of the front cover.

A very professionally made brochure indeed, and the C-Dory Marine Group has it right on!

Congratulations, Jeff.

I'll bet the whole crew here at C-Brats would be interested in getting a brochure. I would carry one with me, and when people ask about the boat, I'd show them the brochure. I visited the factory recently, and signed the book, and in the notes requested a brochure. Wonder if they'll send one out. Ron

I haven't seen it yet either! I spect Jeff and crew to be extremely busy right now, but am patiently still waiting for my brochures to! Can't wait! when I now meet peeps at various fuel stations up here in southcentral AK. I'll yak at them... throw a bruchure in their face and split! :moon
IS there a online version anyone knows of yet? I ain't been payin attention here :embarrased da-ooh!

BTW Dusty, thnx for sounding the alarm  Ida not known  I bet its my "Blackstone Bay" shot :love :smile Your gonna have ta "book-a-tour" with RedFox to find the place though ... :moon :xtongue

Actually there are TWO Red Fox photos, the second is on the last page. The inside cover photo is titled "The Spirit of Adventure" with the following statement:

"You find it in C-Dory owners like Greg Davidson who runs his 20 year old C-Dory 22' Angler Red Fox up in Prince William Sound, Alaska.

Up there, a boat can't just claim to be tough. Mother Nature does regular testing for you. As Greg tells is "Red Fox has survived everything I have thrown at it so far, including clipping small iceburgs."

He even ran her aground once on a tidal flat going wide open when his GPS failed, and no harm was done.

If it can handle unplanned stops like that, you know his shallow draft C-Dory hull is tough enough for planned groundings and beachings.

And while your adventures may not take you into Alaskan bays that are crowded with glaciers, it's good to know your C-Dory can handle it. Because we build our C-Dorys today to the same tough standards we started back in 1979.

Sometimes that makes all the difference. Just ask Greg."

The front cover has this quote, "Rugged and Practical, Simple and Sensible". I think they need to add just one thing to that, "Tested and Approved by Greg Davidson"

Congratulations on the photos Greg, I cannot think of anyone who more deserves both those beautiful photos and the great written testament placed in this brochure than you. You continue to inspire all of us!!

I'll be happy to mail you a copy, just email me a mailing address. The brochure is extremely well done and covers 16', 19', 22' and 25' C-Dorys.

Hey, RF - that is too cool! Congrats to you! Not too many people in the world can go from perceived outcast to undeniable poster boy in the same club! Yep, you're the original C-Brat! Also a fine gentleman and a good friend. Damn proud to know you. And I think your Red Fox is an ideal choice to highlight for all the reasons they chose it.

I haven't seen the new brochure yet, but you can bet I'll be snatching a few up when I visit the place.

Sure do wish you were able to get down here for the SBSCBC. One of these years we'll drag you out of there. Although, I cannot blame you for not wanting to leave.

Way cool, Red Fox! I haven't seen the brochure yet but from what the guys say, it's an eye-catching, award winning masterpiece. Suitable for framing, in more than one room.

Tyboo's right: You morphed from boycott to boy scout. Better bottle that.
:wink

Well gentleman... I would say a cigar is in order, wouldn't you 8) :P . It was a great pleasure, I'm grateful to-the-max!
If anyone would like to be of help... if you should see any other than C-Dory using my pix, would ya let me know about it please  [Photography is one of my occupations. Thnx again] :wink

BTW: Who pic is on the cover? I mean it... its fabulous! congrats. And CM, congrats on your articles! your an inspiration :smiled (cat logo) :wink

Way To Go Red Fox!!!
The cover boat the 25 is Viking Lady ,has twin 90's on her and was featured last summer in Nor'westing The distinguished Gentleman on the stern is Chuck from the C-Dory Factory...he is the master cabinetry guy there, and very much a nice guy.

Jim, on the for sale Laurna Jo

I think the new brochure says the tanks are 25 gal each...the old description says 20 gallon tanks. I'm a new "owner" on order. Is it 50 gallons or 40?

terraplane

Not sure what I have. But they actually hold 22.5 Gal . 2003 22 cruiser. (Did I mention it is for sale?) I',m a new owner also. Sometime in the next 2-5 months moving up to a 25.

Hey Byrdman.... Can't believe you don't have a color printer? Bet you do. Invest in some good paper, glossy type and print the .pdf file off the c-dory website. I got one of the originals from Dusterman but the printed version I did, looks almost as good. Look forward to meeting you some day. Come up to the Bay.....
