new boat today

Jack,

I'll surely tell Mickey "Hi" from another frozen Chosin. He was just a kid - at 17 covered a hot one to save his crew, went from 175 pounds to 110 in microseconds. 19 months in hospital. Sure didn't mess his mouth up! Once a Marine, always a Marine, eh!

Hat's off to you, Jack. If there was ever a gut check, the Chosin had to be it.

Roger that on our Freedoms and the folks who served in our wars with numbers. I was blessed to be able to talk to some of them in the hardware store I was raised in of my fathers. We had a Grandpa Fisher wood stove with 3 church pews set up in a horse shoe and always a little widdling going on and general talk. Some very nice wise old men that knew the importance of being alive and things that are and are not important in life. Some pretty smooth old farts that I truly admire and you knew would be there if you needed them.
