Moving back to Washington - boat please?

At that price point, you should have no trouble finding a good diesel boat. I see that there is a 1976 GB36 available in Seattle for much less than 100K. Other boats include a bunch of Taiwan trawlers, bayliners, Tollys, etc. A good broker is the way to go. There are several brokerage in Anacortes that carry a wide range of trawlers. If you have questions about GBs, I'd be glad to help.
 
There is a 1980 36' Jarvis Newman Downeast Sedan at Marine Service Center in Anacortes. I haven't been on the boat, but judging from the pictures and description, it looks like a wonderful boat in good shape, with low engine hours. They're asking $93,000.

I love this style of boat. It looks like a great upsized replacement for a C-Dory.
