More Shearwater transom

Making slow progress but have reached that point in the project where more things are going back than coming off.

Big progress today finally got the line-x coating sprayed on.
The boat is a total disaster right now so excuse the mess.

Bit more utilitarian looking but less to wax and very tough stuff.

Still a lot of stuff to put back in place, have this fanciful notion that maybe next week I will get the motor mounted

Looks great!

I just fished with Jambo's Sportfishing out of Neah Bay on Sunday. The Malia Kai has Line-X from the Gunnels down that is 6 years old. It still looks Brand New! Great stuff. Not slippery at all when wet and cleaned up very easily with their wash down hose.

Might be a future project for the 27'!

Thanks Gary, looking a little less utilitarian now that I am getting things back in place. The Line-x I have in my truck bed has held up very well over the last 6 years. It will collect dirt due to the open grain surface but a quick blast with the power washer and it looks like new.

Nice looking job!

Are you going to wall off the inside of the motor well like Hank Brooks did on Sea Skipper?
