Yep. re-read what DaNag stated above about buying 2 used 22s. Or for that matter, not knowing your sizes...but a 22 and a 16 would work real nice for those time when ALL 4 of you go extended cruising.
 
I think since they like fishing I would go for a 22 and a 19. The 19 is a much better layout for fishing IMHO. But for cruising you need the closed cabin of the 22.

Having slept in SeaDNA's dinette I wouldn't ever consider trying to put 2 people to sleep in it. And even seating more than one is going to be tight. Now converting that to a couch and putting a table in the isle might work better! But them I'm a big guy and need a bit of extra space. ;)
