Loading photos..

Hi all, I am having trouble getting my newest photos to download. Is it just me..or what ? I have tried three times tonight,it shows it working on it but it never finishing downloading. HELP ! 8) Thanks, Tracy

Tracy,

Your best bet is to use Firefox to download pictures. I used to use Safari, but some changes of some kind kept it from working. Since I switched to Firefox it goes through easily.

Tracy,

The site software will automatically reduce the size of the photos to a max of 800 pixels wide or tall. If your photos are very large, the upload process is very slow. Try resizing your photos to about 1,000 pixels wide and then the site software won't have to work so hard.
