P2 seems to have a diagram of your windlass on their site, with parts list. Agree that you want to talk to them, when you have the parts you need in hand.
Also find out why the windlass failed. Although they are not the most expensive windlass, I have been using Lewmar (or predicessor0 for many years, and if you take care of them, they seem to continue to work fine. Not to say, you don't have to disassemble, grease, clean etc on a regular basis...
