Lazarette Hatch - Imtra Part #?

Can someone verify for me the Imtra part # OR the overall size of the Imtra replacement lazarette hatch? My boat's up in Anacortes and not convenient...

They have two sizes that might be right and I can't remember:
- 40104 - 8x12 cutout, 11.125x14.75 overall
- 40154 - 10x12.75 cutout, 13.125x15.5 overall

Also - if you installed them - the Imtra site just says that the fasteners are concealed by the trim. I'm going to have to drill new holes, right?
 
FWIW, I called Scott at the factory and he said he might have some coming in, but that he's trying to move away from that hatch to a Bomar equivalent so that he can standardize his production. He wasn't sure if Bomar had one with the same cutout, but he's going to follow up with me tomorrow and I'll post back to the list.
 
Yes, I did drill new holes, but the new trim covered all previous holes. I used a marine silicone sealant to seal the hatches to the boat and to seal the screws. The covers completely cover the screws and the gasketed opening. One or two holes might have been re-used, I can't remember that for sure.
