LAZARETTE COVER order is now open....

The blue sidecar is a new one I bought in North Carolina and will fly back in July and spend a month riding home on...I bought a motorcycle in Indiana and had it delivered to N.C. where both are being set-up for my trip this summer....

I was boarded this morning by a young lady. She seemed very interested in the new lazarette covers. Gave her some bbq chips and she left.

Hi....I hope someone still has a set of these covers because I'd love to get a pair to install on my 22 ft. cruiser. We are in Victoria, BC. does someone out there still have covers to sell?

I'm a little late to the party, and I understand all of the original batch have been spoken for, but is there anyone who has not installed their hatches and wouldn't mind moving them along to someone else? :)

I believe that the factory is now installing these, and if so, you may be able to get them from them easier than from the original manufacturer. Joel did us all a great favor buy making them available, but I think he has moved on to motorcycle stuff now.

And yes they do sell on line, but I would still contact Scott and Triton Marine, (C-Dory manufacture) and see if you can get them through them. It supports them, and reinforces that their change to that size and type is/was a good idea.

Good luck,

Merry Christmas,

Got it. They are about $50 each at Fisheries so it isn't a big issue. (smile)

Where is Fisheries? I would like a set shipped up here to Anchorage. Do you have a phone number I can call to order a couple?

thanks,

Well, I have a wholesale account at Fisheries, plus my local yacht club has an account (discounts vary, sometimes good to sometimes nil).

In fact, if folks are interested, I could see about setting up an account for CBrats. You'll just have a "code" you can use, and pay for your own purchases. I know the owner slightly, and my best friend from junior high manages their retail store - so it shouldn't be too difficult to arrange.

You can stil buy things through the factory if you want though.
